Overview

The company ships from US and overseas partner warehouses, with delivery timeframes varying by location.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated shipping windows:

• United States: 10–15 days
• Europe and Asia: 15–20 days
• Rest of the World: 20–25 days

Remote areas may require additional time.

Important Notes

Delivery estimates begin from the date an order is out for shipment, accounting for processing time. Delays can occur due to incorrect addresses, weather, customs procedures, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Address accuracy is critical: items sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not refunded. Providing a phone number at checkout helps carriers reach customers if delivery issues arise.

Order Processing

After payment is processed, an order confirmation email is sent to the address provided at checkout. Order processing begins once the confirmation is sent.

Multiple Item Orders

When purchasing several products, items may be shipped separately so they arrive faster, based on warehouse location and availability. In such cases, customers receive multiple tracking numbers.
